7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed (where applicable), and in original packaging with tags intact.
Eligible Reasons
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item received
- Product significantly different from description
- Quality concern reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, opened/used personal care items, products without original seal, or items damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. COD orders may be refunded via UPI/bank transfer.
Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, we may offer an exchange for the same or equivalent product. Contact support for assistance.
